- Can I try RepairDash without a credit card?
- Yes. The trial lasts 30 days and does not require a payment card.
- Is the subscription charged in US dollars?
- Yes. US shops pay $29 per month or $290 per year, plus applicable tax. Repair jobs and customer documents can use USD too.
- Does RepairDash calculate US sales tax for my customers?
- US sales tax rules vary by state and locality. RepairDash does not currently provide an automated US sales tax engine. Confirm the tax settings and documents required for your shop before using its point of sale for taxable transactions.
- Can I connect QuickBooks, Square, or a US card terminal?
- There is no native QuickBooks or Square integration at present. You can export records to CSV or Excel. Check payment hardware compatibility with us before relying on it in your shop.
- How do customer updates work?
- Email templates and the repair tracking page are available. SMS uses your own Twilio setup and US business messaging registration where required.
- Where is the data hosted?
- RepairDash is operated from Austria and stores application data in the European Union. Ask us about your data handling requirements before importing customer records.
